1 Climbing Helmet *GHG will provide

Ice Tools *GHG will provide

Crampons available with ice climbing rental package

Mountaineering Boots available with ice climbing rental package

Day Pack available with ice climbing rental package

Lunch + snacks - including lots of calories and high fat foods

Thermos flask and/or water bottle (1-2 litres combined volume)

Sunglasses

Sunscreen

Hand Sanitizer

Long underwear top and bottoms (heavyweight synthetic or wool)

Socks (synthetic/wool blend)

Softshell pants and jacket

Midweight synthetic or down jacket.

Waterproof hardshell jacket with hood available with ice climbing rental package

Waterproof hardshell pants (should have a full-length side-zip so they can be put on without takin goff boots and crmpons)

Warm Insulating Jacket available with ice climbing rental package

Gaiters (big enough to fit over large boots)

Leather ice climbing gloves available with ice climbing rental package

Warm hat that fits under a helmet

Headlamp
