Even at a quicker pace, be prepared for a big day. In order to complete this run, participants will need to at least be able to run the whole distance at an average pace of somewhere around 8:00min/km
A whatsapp chat will be created closer to the date to finalize details.
All participants will need to take care of their own transportation and make their own decisions for accommodations the night before and the night after (if desired). We can discuss carpooling and other logistics in a what's app chat when it gets closer
We will organize a few meet up runs in the Edmonton River Valley in May and June so participants can meet ahead of time and we can make sure we are all ready to go!
