Organizer: Desiree G.
Difficulty Rating: Beginner
Itinerary: Join me on Saturday, May 2nd, for a casual day trip of bouldering, top-roping and if you're keen, dry-tooling (the Art of Scratching Rock with ice axes). Some call it Dawson Creek's Ghetto Crag, located at Bear Mountain Wind Park Wind Mill 14. Short approach, good views with cell service and a large parking area. Carpooling is also an option. No experience required. Tenative plan is to leave GP around 9:30am to get there around 11:20 AB time. How long we stay depends on the crowd, but im game to stay fairly late.

Prerequisites / Courses Required: Just interested in learning and having a good time. The area is top and bottom accessible.
Required items to bring: Climbing Shoes and a helmet at a minimum (Bouldering). Harness, belay device, chalk (Top-Rope). Reach out if you need anything and I can see what I have (shoes might be difficult). If you have a bouldering mat that would be awsome.
